What are the dimensions of the BLOCBIRDS?
All BLOCBIRDS are 25 x 25 cm. They have an additional 1 to 2 mm edging (perimeter), both for protection and to assist with framing. 

Are the BLOCBIRDS delivered with a frame?
The BLOCBIRDS can be delivered with or without a frame.

Can I please have the specifications of these frames so that I can frame the BLOCBIRDS myself or have it done in a similar fashion?
Yes, of course. The outside dimensions of the frame are 33.8 x 33.8 cm. These are Nielsen frames, made from black, matt anodised aluminium. The mount is by Bainbridge in porcelain white with a black core (the black edging is revealed). The glass is 2 mm acrylic glass. 

What are the delivery charges?
The Netherlands has a standard rate for sending parcels with Track & Trace of €6.50. Postage costs within Europe amount to €6,50 also. Postage for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand amounts to €24.30.

How are any BLOCBIRDS shipped?
The BLOCBIRDS are wrapped in tissue paper. They are then sandwiched between cardboard and packaged in a sturdy calendar box. The dimensions of this box are 27 x 27 x 2.5 cm. The calendar box is closed using paper tape. This way, the entire packaging can be recycled.

When can I expect to receive my ordered BLOCBIRD(S)?
Once we have received your order and payment has been confirmed, we will dispatch your BLOCBIRD(S) within two (2) working days. You will receive a confirmation from PostNL once the package has been dispatched. 

I understand that a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to Vogelbescherming Nederland?
Yes, that is correct. 10% from every BLOCBIRD sold will be donated to Vogelbescherming Nederland.
